Recording a good swing video
Face-on or down-the-line, shot from about 6-8 feet back with the full swing arc visible in frame, gives pose tracking the cleanest view of every joint through the swing. Avoid extreme angles that clip part of the swing out of frame.
Record at 120 frames per second or higher if your phone supports slow-motion capture — the last few feet before impact happen fast enough that a standard 30fps recording can smear the club's position and reduce measurement accuracy, especially for club speed.
Even, consistent lighting matters more than brightness alone. Strong backlighting — shooting toward a bright window or the sun — silhouettes the swing and makes joints harder to track accurately; side or front lighting works better.
